What is DRE’s BCN?
DRE’s BCN is a powerful tool that enables sales and marketing teams to collaborate with customers, prospects and partners in a secure, personalized work space. With features including discussion forums, group calendars, whiteboards, file libraries, and to do lists, professionals are equipped with the essential tools to drive revenue more efficiently.
What are some of the advantages of using the BCN?
The BCN is a user-friendly collaboration tool that only requires access to an Internet browser. Teams can interact and collaborate in a user-intuitive Web 2.0 space, regardless of geographic location or time zones. The BCN encourages collaboration with ALL decision-makers in one work space and facilitates information and file sharing, as well as buyer interaction. Email conversations, to dos, and whiteboard discussions are documented automatically.

Joining DRE’s BCN is easy. Simply follow the steps below:

- Create a work space.
- Invite others to your work space.
- Start collaborating with your co-workers, customers, prospects and partners.
What is a work space?
A work space is a virtual space where you can share information with colleagues, partners, prospects or customers whether they reside in your office or in a remote location. The BCN allows all members to create discussion forums, engage in a whiteboard discussion or upload files for combined review. Action items can also be assigned and categorized by the members of a work space.
How many work spaces can I create?
The BCN allows you to create as many or as few work spaces as you need. All members of a work space can see all the discussions, documents and action items in that work space, so a work space is typically set up based on who needs to see the information. Your monthly subscription enables you to create an unlimited number of work spaces.
How much does the BCN cost?
The BCN costs $19 per month per user. If you have a work space with 10 users (including the creator), that is only $190 a month. The creator of the work space decides whether to sponsor the other members or have them pay for their own account. Discounted corporate plans are also available.
Can I change or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. The BCN is a monthly subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

What does it mean to sponsor a member of the work space?
When you create a work space and want to invite members, you can choose to sponsor their membership or allow them to pay for their own account. At any point, you can cancel your sponsorship, which only requires the user to provide a form of payment. If you cancel a member of the work space, an email will automatically be sent to the individual so they can upload their payment information.
Can I sponsor multiple members of a work space?
A creator of a work space can sponsor as many members as they wish. The new member will receive an email with the information needed to join the work space. If the creator sponsors the individual, they will not see any pricing information.
If I am sponsored on a work space, can I sponsor someone else?
Yes. You can definitely sponsor someone else. However, you may want to create your own space first and invite your guests to that space. You can choose to sponsor their account or let them register and pay on their own.
What happens to my user profile and work spaces if my sponsorship is cancelled?
If your sponsor stops paying for your membership, the system will automatically notify you and give you necessary steps to enter your payment information. Your user profile will remain the same if you renew your registration. Corporations that sponsor individuals can decide to cancel a sponsorship, or cancel the sponsorship and suspend the user.
How do I create a user profile?
Creating a user profile is easy. Simply click on the My Account tab on the top of the application and enter your information. You can upload a picture, include your contact information and reveal your areas of interest. Your user profile can be updated at any time by clicking on the My Account tab. You can also change your password in this section.
What’s the difference between a work space creator and a member?
A work space creator has control of the work space and how it is setup. They control who is invited in the work space and whether the work space is public or private. Members are invited or requested to join the work space. As a member of a work space, you can suggest an additional member. This request is sent to the work space creator for review.
What is a private work space?
A private work space is closed to users not invited by the space creator. Only invited members and the creator can access the information contained in the space, as well as interact within the space. A private work space includes all the same functionality of an open work space.
Can users outside my work space view my documents?
No. Only users within the work space can view the documents you have uploaded. Documents can only be seen by members if you publish them to a work space.
Is it easy to share the same document across multiple spaces?
Your files are uploaded to your File Library. Sharing files across multiple work spaces can be done at your discretion. The library also tracks the versions of each document or file that is uploaded and shows the history (i.e. who updated the document and when it was uploaded).
What are the system requirements to use the BCN?
The only requirement needed to use the BCN is an Internet browser. Internet Explorer (v7 or higher preferred), FireFox, Safari and Opera are all compatible with the system.
How reliable is your datacenter?
Our datacenter is very reliable. Data is encrypted on our server to prevent unauthorized access to your information. Our servers are also in a SAS-70 compliant facility.
What is SaaS?
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) is a business model that allows users to access web-based software applications without having to download or install any software or worry about downtime for upgrades and bug fixes. This type of service eliminates the need to maintain expensive technology investments.
Do I need to install any software to use the BCN?
